Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Elixir Silkroad and its website. Read them alongside the Server Rules and Privacy Policy.

1. Your Account

Provide accurate registration details and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use the service only where you are legally entitled to do so.

2. Playing Fairly

Follow the Server Rules. The built-in MacroBot is allowed; third-party bots and cheats are prohibited. Accounts involved in abuse or fraud may be restricted or suspended. Appeals go through Support.

3. Silk & Payments

Playing is free. Optional payments provide Silk for the in-game market. Silk is virtual currency and cannot be redeemed for cash. Contact Support about missing deliveries, payment disputes or refund requests. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

4. Service & Updates

Maintenance and unexpected outages may interrupt access. Game balance and features may change. Check published announcements for updates.

5. Game Rights

Elixir Silkroad is an unofficial private server, independent of Silkroad Online's publishers. Original game assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
