Server Rules

A fair game starts with the same rules for everyone. These rules apply to all Elixir Silkroad accounts.

1. Fair Play

The built-in MacroBot is permitted. Third-party bots, cheats, exploits and protection bypasses are prohibited. Report bugs through Support. Do not exploit rewards or distribute instructions for abusing them.

2. Account Limits

A maximum of 2 clients per IP and 2 clients per PC is allowed. Bypassing these limits can result in permanent bans on all associated accounts.

3. Community Conduct

Racism, threats, harassment and insults targeting family or religion are prohibited. Do not spam, advertise other servers, impersonate staff or spread fabricated accusations. Raise concerns with evidence through Support.

4. Events & Rewards

Participate fairly. Do not remain AFK to collect event rewards or manipulate event results through collusion.

5. Accounts & Trading

Keep your credentials private. Check every trade before confirming it. Account sharing, mistaken trades and voluntary item transfers can lead to losses that staff cannot always reverse.

6. Enforcement & Appeals

Depending on severity and previous violations, staff may restrict chat, suspend accounts or issue permanent bans. Use Support to report violations or appeal a decision. Include the character name, time and supporting evidence.
